I'm a yoga teacher (RYT200) and lifelong student of yoga, originally from the south of England and now based in the beautiful hills of Galloway.
I first became interested in meditation and yoga during a trip to India in 2007. Although the seed was planted at this time, it didn’t fully take root until 2012, when I turned to yoga and meditation to help guide me through challenging times both professionally and personally.
As well as developing a regular ashtanga yoga practice, I also came to learn about Ayurveda, an ancient and fascinating science that promotes balance in all areas of life. My daily practice of ayurveda, yoga and mindfulness gives me a strong foundation for physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Through teaching I am honoured to share these practices with those who wish to learn.
