Advance booking is preferred for all classes, so please contact me if you wish to book!

All classes are open level unless specified, and beginners are most welcome. Please take note of the essentials below before attending your first class.

  • Please bring your own yoga mat as there are no spares at any of the venues!

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for class

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move

  • Come to practice with an empty stomach, or at least 2 hours after eating

  • If you have a health issue or injury, or if you are pregnant, please notify me before class.

  • No experience or flexibility is required to practise yoga, all are welcome!
