Learn how to contain and direct prana (life force energy) within the core of the body, giving rise to a renewed sense of energy & vitality. Gain a felt understanding of yin (moon) and yang (sun) energies, for a more nourishing yoga practice and a more authentic lived experience off the mat.

- Simple pranayama exercises to balance your nervous system
- The energetic seals (activations) that direct prana (life-force energy), so you can experience more momentum in your practice with more fluidity and ease.
- How to listen to your own energetic feeling-tone so you can choose practices that nourish you and your energy
- Understand yin and yang energies, and learn practices to do at home to either soothe or energise, according to your needs.
